Before Famous is a curated marketplace for independent brands. The brand identified on each product is responsible for availability, description, quality, preparation and delivery. Before Famous facilitates the experience, keeps order traceability and provides a support channel.
A single purchase may contain products from different sellers. The breakdown will show each brand, its products, applicable shipping and the documents it must issue.
Each brand configures the countries and regions it can serve. Shipping cost is calculated by brand, destination and order conditions. Displayed delivery times are estimates and begin after order confirmation. Once a brand uploads a tracking number, the buyer can view it from the order status.
Cancellation or return eligibility depends on order status, product nature and the conditions disclosed before purchase. Customized, perishable, hygiene-related or opened products may have restrictions where permitted by law. To start a case, use the Help Center and include the order number. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
We use the information needed to create and protect accounts, process orders, coordinate delivery, send transactional communications, prevent abuse and handle requests. Support never asks for passwords, and we do not store full card numbers. Data may be shared with the selling brand and essential providers only to fulfill an order, process payment, ship products or comply with a legal obligation. We do not sell personal data.
Before Famous is completing its corporate incorporation. The comprehensive privacy notice will include its final legal name, tax registration and legal address once formalized.
