Know who sells
The product page identifies the responsible brand. If a purchase contains several brands, the order keeps each seller clearly separated.
Specialized payment providers
Once payments are enabled, they will be processed by authorized providers. Before Famous will not store full card numbers.
Each brand defines its reach
Before payment, you will see whether a product ships within Mexico, to the United States or to both destinations, together with applicable costs and conditions.
Documents by seller
Where applicable, each brand is responsible for issuing the buyer's tax document for the products it sells. Before Famous documents its services to each brand.
Verified-purchase feedback
Only a buyer linked to an order can review it. Brands cannot delete reviews; they may respond or submit a justified moderation request.
Every issue leaves a trail
Reports generate a reference so the Before Famous team can review the case, request information and record its resolution.
